To file a complaint, please send an email or a physical letter to the Grievance Officer with the following details:
Full Name & Contact Details of the complainant.
Link (URL) of the content you are complaining about.
Exact Date & Time of publication.
Nature of the Complaint: Specific reasons why you believe the content violates the Code of Ethics or Indian laws.
Any supporting documents or evidence. - Redressal Mechanism & Timeline
Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge the receipt of your complaint within 24 hours.
Resolution: We will investigate the matter and resolve the grievance within 15 days from the date of receipt.
Appeal: If you are not satisfied with our response, you may appeal to the Self-Regulatory Body (SRB) of which we are a member. - Self-Regulatory Body (SRB)
